RNVU1-33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNVU1-33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,178 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNVU1-33-associated proteins across cancer lineages are USP39, WDR5, and WIZ. Each is linked with RNVU1-33 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNVU1-33-to-partner and partner-to-RNVU1-33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNVU1-33→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNVU1-33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
