RNVU1-32

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNVU1-32 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,151 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNVU1-32-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis, 7-methylguanosine cap hypermethylation, and snRNA transcription by RNA polymerase III. Each is linked with RNVU1-32 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNVU1-32-to-partner and partner-to-RNVU1-32 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNVU1-32→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNVU1-32) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
