Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNVU1-30 RNA is linked to patient survival in 24 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNVU1-30 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RNVU1-30 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNVU1-30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and READ show a favorable association.
ACC, ESCA, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNVU1-30 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
