Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNVU1-3 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNVU1-3 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RNVU1-3 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNVU1-3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and PAAD show a favorable association.
LUAD, BLCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where RNVU1-3 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
