The most reproducible RNVU1-24-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial translation, Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Cellular senescence. Each is linked with RNVU1-24 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNVU1-24-to-partner and partner-to-RNVU1-24 results are reported.
