Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNVU1-17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,470 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNVU1-17-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of binding, DNA-templated transcription elongation, and Response to carbohydrate. Each is linked with RNVU1-17 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNVU1-17-to-partner and partner-to-RNVU1-17 results are reported.
