The most reproducible RNU7-93P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule polymerization, Cellular response to starvation, and Mesenchymal cell migration. Each is linked with RNU7-93P in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU7-93P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU7-93P results are reported.
