Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU7-87P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU7-87P expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Additionally, RNU7-87P RNA expression shows 2,928 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UCEC. Together, these results highlight BLCA, and UCEC as cancer lineages where RNU7-87P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
