Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-63P RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-63P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RNU7-63P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-63P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as SKCM and SARC show a favorable association.

UVM, MESO, and DLBC are the cancer types where RNU7-63P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
