Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-56P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-56P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RNU7-56P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-56P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LIHC, SKCM, and THYM are the cancer types where RNU7-56P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
