Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-55P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-55P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNU7-55P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-55P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UCEC, READ, and THCA are the cancer types where RNU7-55P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
