Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU7-54P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,238 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU7-54P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Transport along microtubule, and Transcription by RNA polymerase III. Each is linked with RNU7-54P in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU7-54P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU7-54P results are reported.
