Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU7-3P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,980 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU7-3P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polyubiquitination, Regulation of RNA splicing, and Regulation of autophagosome assembly. Each is linked with RNU7-3P in more than 30 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU7-3P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU7-3P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Protein polyubiquitination grouped by RNU7-3P-low versus RNU7-3P-high in DLBC.
