Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-37P RNA is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-37P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNU7-37P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-37P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.
KIRC and ESCA are the cancer types where RNU7-37P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
