Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-20P RNA is linked to patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-20P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU7-20P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-20P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.

BLCA, KIRC, and LIHC are the cancer types where RNU7-20P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
