Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-19P RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-19P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in testicular germ cell tumors (TGCT), where higher RNU7-19P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-19P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC and STAD show a favorable association.

TGCT, COAD, and LUSC are the cancer types where RNU7-19P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
