Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-197P RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-197P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney chromophobe (KICH), where higher RNU7-197P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-197P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and BLCA show a favorable association.

KICH, ACC, and PAAD are the cancer types where RNU7-197P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
