Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-195P RNA is linked to patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-195P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher RNU7-195P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-195P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and SKCM show a favorable association.

CHOL, READ, and KICH are the cancer types where RNU7-195P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
