Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-167P RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-167P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher RNU7-167P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-167P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CHOL, KIRP, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNU7-167P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
