Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU7-157P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU7-157P expression is associated with patient survival in 10 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in PAAD. Additionally, RNU7-157P RNA expression shows 4,925 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight PAAD, and TGCT as cancer lineages where RNU7-157P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
