Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-152P RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-152P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher RNU7-152P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-152P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRC, PCPG, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNU7-152P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
