Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-141P RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-141P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNU7-141P RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-141P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and ESCA show a favorable association.

HNSC, LUSC, and THYM are the cancer types where RNU7-141P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
