Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU7-137P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU7-137P expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in OV. Additionally, RNU7-137P RNA expression shows 8,555 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Together, these results highlight OV, and LUSC as cancer lineages where RNU7-137P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
