The most reproducible RNU7-128P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of nuclear cell cycle DNA replication, DNA conformation change, and Regulation of spindle organization. Each is linked with RNU7-128P in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU7-128P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU7-128P results are reported.
