Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-126P RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-126P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RNU7-126P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-126P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA, DLBC, and LIHC are the cancer types where RNU7-126P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
