Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU7-106P RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU7-106P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PAAD), where higher RNU7-106P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU7-106P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

PAAD, LUSC, and LIHC are the cancer types where RNU7-106P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
