Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6ATAC39P RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,857 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6ATAC39P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis, mRNA 3'-splice site recognition, and Positive regulation of inflammatory response. Each is linked with RNU6ATAC39P in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6ATAC39P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6ATAC39P results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis grouped by RNU6ATAC39P-low versus RNU6ATAC39P-high in STAD.
