Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6ATAC31P RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6ATAC31P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher RNU6ATAC31P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6ATAC31P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA show a favorable association.
LUAD, ESCA, and HNSC are the cancer types where RNU6ATAC31P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
