RNU6ATAC2P

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6ATAC2P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6ATAC2P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher RNU6ATAC2P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6ATAC2P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and ESCA show a favorable association.

DLBC, KIRP, and BLCA are the cancer types where RNU6ATAC2P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
