Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6ATAC13P RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6ATAC13P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNU6ATAC13P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6ATAC13P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, STAD, and ESCA are the cancer types where RNU6ATAC13P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
