The most reproducible RNU6-996P-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA transport, Macromolecule deacylation, and Peptidyl-lysine modification. Each is linked with RNU6-996P in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-996P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-996P results are reported.
