Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-995P RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-995P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in breast invasive carcinoma (BRCA), where higher RNU6-995P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-995P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BRCA, CESC, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNU6-995P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
