Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-985P RNA is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-985P data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNU6-985P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-985P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, BRCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNU6-985P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
