Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-975P RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-975P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in thyroid carcinoma (THCA), where higher RNU6-975P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-975P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and OV show a favorable association.

THCA, MESO, and KIRC are the cancer types where RNU6-975P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
