Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-973P RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-973P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RNU6-973P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-973P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

UVM, LUSC, and HNSC are the cancer types where RNU6-973P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
