Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-960P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-960P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in rectum adenocarcinoma (READ), where higher RNU6-960P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-960P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.

READ, TGCT, and UVM are the cancer types where RNU6-960P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
