Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-954P RNA is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-954P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher RNU6-954P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-954P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LUSC, STAD, and SKCM are the cancer types where RNU6-954P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
