Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-946P RNA is linked to patient survival in 16 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-946P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher RNU6-946P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-946P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LAML and BRCA show a favorable association.

UCS, MESO, and TGCT are the cancer types where RNU6-946P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
