The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNU6-932P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-932P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, KICH, and COAD are the cancer types where RNU6-932P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
