Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-922P RNA is linked to patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-922P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher RNU6-922P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-922P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

DLBC, ESCA, and STAD are the cancer types where RNU6-922P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
