Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-91P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-91P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher RNU6-91P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-91P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as KIRC and OV show a favorable association.

CHOL, MESO, and PAAD are the cancer types where RNU6-91P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
