Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-908P RNA is linked to patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-908P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine carcinosarcoma (UCS), where higher RNU6-908P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-908P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and LUAD show a favorable association.

UCS, COAD, and DLBC are the cancer types where RNU6-908P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
