Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-897P RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-897P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RNU6-897P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-897P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and UCS show a favorable association.

STAD, KIRP, and READ are the cancer types where RNU6-897P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
