Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-889P RNA is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-889P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU6-889P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-889P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

BLCA, THYM, and LAML are the cancer types where RNU6-889P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
