Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-873P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,776 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-873P-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFPL4AP5, ZNF385D-AS2, and RNU4-45P. Each is linked with RNU6-873P in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-873P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-873P results are reported.
