Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNU6-854P RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,501 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNU6-854P-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB11FIP1P1, ALG13-AS1, and PABPN1P1. Each is linked with RNU6-854P in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNU6-854P-to-partner and partner-to-RNU6-854P results are reported.
