RNU6-851P

associated omics data
RNA, U6 small nuclear 851, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-851P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-851P expression is associated with patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-851P is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Additionally, RNU6-851P RNA expression shows 10,333 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Together, these results highlight THCA, KICH, and THYM as cancer lineages where RNU6-851P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU6-851P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU6-851P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (17). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU6-851P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU6-851P expression shows unfavorable associations in THCA, UVM, COAD, UCS, LAML and ACC. The THCA Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify THCA as the clearest survival context for RNU6-851P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU6-851P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU6-851P shows lower tumor expression in KICH, THCA, LUAD, LUSC and LIHC. The KICH box plot shows higher RNU6-851P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −0.857, t-test p < 0.001).
