Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-83P RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-83P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher RNU6-83P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-83P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

MESO, SKCM, and COAD are the cancer types where RNU6-83P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
