Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-81P RNA is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-81P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RNU6-81P RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-81P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

LIHC, GBM, and LUAD are the cancer types where RNU6-81P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
