Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNU6-767P RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RNU6-767P data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RNU6-767P RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNU6-767P expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as STAD and ACC show a favorable association.

BLCA, READ, and THCA are the cancer types where RNU6-767P RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
